Job summary

Obsidian is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents on real marketing work. You will design task briefs, specify required artifacts, and establish evaluation criteria to probe decision-making in content marketing.

You will work with lived content marketing experience, CMS (Contentful), GA4 analytics, and a research tool like Semrush to craft realistic tasks and references for AI testing in a marketing context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on editorial program ownership in content marketing.
• Experience with CMS (Contentful), GA4 and Semrush.
• Nice to have experience building AI training environments or simulated cases.
• Clear written reasoning and ability to justify decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real content marketing work and define the testing criteria.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for realistic tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and the evaluation criteria separating strong vs plausible wrong responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standard.
• Assess capabilities across diagnosis, prioritization, planning, QA, triage and cross-tool orchestration.
