Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Content Editor for our Digital team in London, offering hybrid working and a fixed-term role until the end of 2026. You will manage content across CMS platforms, publish to a high standard, and optimise for SEO and accessibility.

You will analyse data using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, run A/B tests, and collaborate in Scrum to ensure UX-friendly content and timely updates.

As our Content Editor you will:

• Deep subject matter expertise in various content management systems i.e., Brightspot, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager
• Build, optimise and publish content for all business and customer outcomes; ensuring content meets website standards of quality
• Able to write/edit content that has high levels of comprehension for the audience
• Drive outcome through strong content i.e., increase click throughs, increase digital NPS
• Ability to implement best practice in SEO and accessibility
• Regularly review and update existing pages to ensure content is up to date
• Able to create/manage and manipulate other assets that are used in the digital environment i.e., images, videos.

To succeed as a Content Editor, you will need:

• Previous experience of website management and working with a range of CMS to deliver non-development change
• Significant, demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in the Content Editing discipline
• Proven delivery experience in a complex IT environment with a high volume of change
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliveries simultaneously
• Experience of using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and an ability to analyse and draw insights from data
• Track record of running A/B tests campaigns (e.g. Abode Target, Google Optimize)
• Ability to write to a high standard
• Experience of working in scrum
• Knowledge of HTML and basic CSS
• Knowledge of UX and UI
• An accomplished, credible, and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation
• Thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development processes/lifecycle
• Collaborative working style with a clear and relentless focus on delivering outcomes
