Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Content Editor for our Digital team in London, offering hybrid working and a fixed-term contract until end of 2026. The role focuses on managing and publishing engaging content across CMS, while upholding quality standards.

You will write and edit content for a broad audience, optimise pages for SEO and accessibility, and analyze performance with analytics tools to drive outcomes. Collaboration with stakeholders and agile delivery will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with website management across multiple CMS
• Proven content editing capabilities in complex IT environments
• Experience using analytics tools (GA/Adobe Analytics) to derive insights
• Experience running A/B tests (Adobe Target/Google Optimize)
• Strong writing ability and ability to write to a high standard
• Experience working in Scrum/agile environments
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Understanding of UX and UI and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with iterative development and software lifecycles

Responsibilities

• Manage content across CMS platforms to publish and update pages
• Write and edit content for a broad audience
• Improve content performance to increase clicks and NPS
• Apply SEO and accessibility best practices
• Review pages regularly to ensure content is current
• Create/manage media assets such as images and videos
