Job summary

Class Professional, based in Bristol, is seeking a Digital Editorial Assistant on a hybrid, full-time basis. The role supports digital content publishing and client-driven content development within an award-winning healthcare resources team.

You will manage content, liaise with clients, edit material for apps and sites, and ensure high quality and consistency across publications. This 12-month fixed contract offers growth and collaborative teamwork.

Location: Bristol (Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office)

Salary: £26,230 per annum

Contract Type: Full-Time, 12-months fixed

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Editorial Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in our editorial department, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital content. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Content Management: Uploading and organising materials in our database, ensuring seamless publication. Managing documents and version control; tracking content updates.
  • Account Management: You will liaise directly with our key clients to ensure their bespoke content meets their needs. You will also attend regular meetings with key clients and guideline development groups.
  • Content Development: Assisting in editing and preparing content for publication across our apps and websites.
  • Quality Control: Checking content for style, consistency and accuracy before it goes live.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our editors to ensure all content aligns with the project brief and is published on schedule.
  • Administrative Support: Helping with record-keeping and maintaining organised editorial systems.
