Job summary

Croydon Council is seeking a Content Designer to write, edit and improve content across the council website. You’ll work with teams across the organisation to ensure information is clear, up to date and user-focused, with emphasis on accessibility and plain language.

You’ll manage Drupal CMS content, respond to service changes, and translate complex information into concise, task-focused content that helps residents find what they need online.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and managing user-centred web content.
• Strong understanding of plain language and accessibility requirements.
• Experience using content management systems such as Drupal.
