Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking an experienced Content Designer to support a project focused on improving and restructuring content for Applicants and Developers. The role requires mandatory travel to Newcastle three days per week and involves documenting user needs, designing revised content architecture, and delivering a long-term improvement strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as Content Designer in multidisciplinary digital teams.
• Ability to create clear, concise content meeting GDS and GOV.UK standards.
• Experience with user research and usability testing to iterate content.

Responsabilités

• Understand and benchmark current content against standards and best practices.
• Map and document current user journeys with stakeholders.
• Define and document the approach to designing, testing, and deploying revised content with clear roles.
• Capture stakeholder insights and combine with user research to establish design principles.
• Redesign content based on best practice, accessibility, and user-centred design standards.
• Agree revised content with stakeholders and test with a range of users.
• Iterate content based on user research findings and feedback.
• Document lessons learned and develop a content strategy and governance process.
• Deliver a complete handover to internal teams.
