Job summary

PerfectDraft UK, part of Budweiser Brewing Group, is seeking a Senior Associate to lead content and community strategy. You will own social channels, craft engaging content, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the user experience across in‑app and on‑site touchpoints.

You will analyze data to drive high NPS, foster repeat business, and build strong brand affinity within our beer community. A strategic, collaborative mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of e‑commerce, especially in beverage/retail, is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all PerfectDraft social media channels (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Develop and execute social campaigns to increase engagement and brand presence.
  • Manage community interactions, respond to questions and comments.
  • Lead UK community outreach and build positive relationships across public communities.
  • Plan and create content including brewery stories, launches, blogs, live tastings and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align content with SEO objectives.
  • Develop a local Content & Community roadmap and feed insights to global strategy.
  • Gather customer insights from social and communities and act on them.
  • Partner with internal teams on campaigns and onboarding to improve engagement.
  • Own in-app, on-site, content and overall social presence strategy and resourcing.

We have created a pioneering and sustainable returns loop from breweries to consumers, and back again.The role:Leading Content & Community at PerfectDraft UK, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive Content & Community strategy to drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), foster repeat business, and establish a strong affinity for the PerfectDraft brand within our community.
