National Library of Scotland is seeking a Content and Analytics Officer within the Digital Experience team to help understand, improve and maintain our website across the digital estate.

You will combine content operations with analytics to develop dashboards, reports and insights that guide colleagues, while upholding publishing workflows and content standards to ensure high-quality user experiences.

As part of our Digital Experience team, the Content and Analytics Officer will help us understand, improve and maintain the National Library of Scotland's website. Working across the Library's digital estate, you will combine content operations with analytics and insight, helping colleagues make informed decisions and ensuring our websites continue to meet the needs of users.
