POSITION PURPOSE:
- The company's ambition is to be a recognized leader in customer experience and engagement.
- The CE&E IMI team aims to design and deliver impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through integrated engagements and solutions.
- This role is part of the Customer Experience, Content & Partnerships Excellence team within the CE&E, IMI organization, focusing on designing personalized, outcome-oriented customer experiences grounded in insights and human-centered design.
- The Content Adaptation Manager will collaborate with the Agency of choice to deliver quality creative adaptations of centrally created content based on inputs from the CX Strategy& Design team and the CX Engagement & Channels team working with countries on engagement plans.
- The manager will oversee the process between the CX Engagement & Channel Team and Content Hub Production team, ensuring briefs are received, uploaded to Fuse, and managed with clear localization instructions.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work with the Cx Engagement & Activation Director and Agency to understand the customer journey and content plan, and collaborate on creative adaptation or creation of channel-specific content based on the Cx Strategy & Design Master Asset story.
- Brief the Content Hub Production Team on content creation and manage revisions with Asset Owners.
- Support adaptation of above-market content to local label requirements to ensure compliance.
- Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization with the Content Hub for timely execution.
- Coordinate with Content Hub and Cx Activation Director to deliver engagement plans via localization.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Italian.
- Marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills to handle multiple workflows.
- Experience in content adaptation work, either in a creative agency or on the customer side.
- Understanding of content quality aspects to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in marketing to HCPs.
- Strong oral and written communication and project management skills.
- Highly collaborative, able to partner effectively with Agencies of choice.
