Content Adaptation Manager - Japanese Speaking Role

6-Month Contract

UK - Remote

Language Requirements: English and Japanese - Essential

Company Overview: CPL Life Sciences is actively seeking an experienced Content Adaptation Manager to join a leading global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis until the end of the project. Our client is recognized for excellence in customer experience and engagement, and is expanding its team due to increasing projects within the department.

Team Focus: The Customer Engagement and Excellence team focuses on enhancing customer experience for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients through innovative, outcome-oriented strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal directors and external agencies to develop customer journey maps and content plans.
  2. Coordinate with the Customer Experience (Cx) Engagement and Strategy team.
  3. Brief content production teams on requirements.
  4. Ensure all content complies with regulatory and medical standards at a local level.
  5. Localize global content for regional relevance.
  6. Deliver high-quality customer experience and engagement channels.
  7. Adapt global and local materials for HCPs.
  8. Work collaboratively with designated agencies.
  9. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery.
  10. Experience with DAM/MLR tools is preferred.
