Job summary

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du fitting et du suivi des lentilles, tout en collaborant avec votre équipe pour assurer un service exceptionnel. Vous devez être enregistré auprès du GOC et posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication et en connaissance ophthalmique.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

As a registered Contact Lens Optician, you will be trained and qualified to fit lenses to new wearers and provide aftercare for existing contact lens patients. You will assess whether the contact lenses and scheme type meet the needs of your patients on an ongoing basis. Additionally, you will collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure a high standard of care.

The role requires that you have registered your contact lens specialty with the General Optical Council (GOC) and hold a current GOC registration. The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, polite, helpful, comfortable working as part of a team, and capable of answering questions using your excellent ophthalmic knowledge.
