They are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to join their team of successful Field Sales Representatives. This is a full-time, permanent position based remotely with travel requirements.

Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in business development, field sales, customer success, or marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Outstanding customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience working with products for the elderly and individuals with special needs
  • Technologically proficient, especially in Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and sales within the UK
  • Manage relationships with resellers, opticians, and clinics
  • Promote awareness within the low vision ecosystem by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
  • Present and demonstrate products to opticians and potential users
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows
  • Provide training on device usage, benefits, and value to users and organizations
  • Coordinate daily with team members, report activities, and participate in meetings and calls
Measurement of Success
  • Achieve sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Receive positive feedback from partners and customers
