Job summary

targetjobs UK is offering a Consumer Internship across Leeds, London or Bristol with hybrid working. You’ll gain hands-on experience in product, propositions, customer journeys, digital and partnerships, contributing to meaningful work that supports millions of customers.

From day one you’ll build practical experience and confidence while seeing ideas move from insight and research through to delivery and continual improvement. Applications open 3 November 2027 and close 31 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience using customer insight to inform product decisions.
• Awareness of digital tools and AI capabilities in product work.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with colleagues and partners.

Responsibilities

• Exploring customer behaviour and using insight to improve products, propositions and experiences.
• Helping to design simpler and more connected customer journeys.
• Analysing data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting research, customer journey mapping and project delivery.
• Contributing to new product or proposition initiatives.
• Working with colleagues and partners to turn ideas into action.
• Using digital technology and AI tools to test ideas and support informed decisions.
• Contributing to more inclusive, sustainable and personalised customer outcomes.
