We're looking for a Consumer Insight and Experience Manager to join our Data, Insight and Performance (DIP) directorate on an 12-month fixed-term contract covering an internal secondment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced researcher to play a pivotal role in ensuring decisions across Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement are informed by robust consumer insight and a strong understanding of audience needs, motivations and experiences.
Working alongside the Senior Managers in the Consumer Insight and Experience team, you'll lead insight projects to understand the attitudes and behaviours of our audiences and translate insight into actionable recommendations to inform proposition development and strategies.
You’ll combine strong research expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, and ability to translate evidence into compelling recommendations that influence decision-making across the organisation.
Internal candidates should ideally have completed their 6-month ‘getting started’ period before applying for other roles. You should also advise your current line manager at the point you make an internal application, or at the latest, at the point of being invited for an interview.
If you do not confirm that you meet these requirements, we will not be able to progress your application.
