Job summary

Tangerine is seeking a Content Executive to join the consumer client services team. You’ll craft compelling content strategies and produce high-quality content across platforms, building strong client relationships and ensuring messaging is impactful.

The role emphasizes collaborating with creative teams and staying ahead of social trends to inform recommendations. You’ll manage content development from ideation to delivery, monitor performance, and support meetings with clients to align on KPIs

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content across social, collaborating with creative and studio teams to tailor messages to client tone and objectives.
• Manage client communications, contribute to meetings, and build relationships by understanding market, needs and KPIs.
• Oversee influencer relationships to ensure optimal content distribution.
• Oversee the content development lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategy.
• Stay up to date with social trends, media developments and cultural moments to inform content and recommendations.
