Job summary

Atos Amplify is seeking experienced consultants to join our expanding UK-wide team and deliver AI-enabled advisory services. The role focuses on leading engagements, assessing current environments, and developing robust change programmes with data-driven recommendations.

You will design target operating models, report to clients, facilitate workshops, and contribute to ongoing go-to-market efforts while collaborating with a global technology group.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting at a manager-equivalent level or above.
• Ability to analyze strategic drivers and value propositions.
• Skills in organisational design and operating model development.
• Experience mapping value streams and redesigning processes.
• Proven capability to develop roadmaps and business cases.
• Strong project and programme management with Agile/Waterfall.
• Understanding AI trends and their impact on strategy and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized client engagements and manage day-to-day delivery.
• Assess client operating environments and develop the case for change.
• Use data and insights to develop robust recommendations.
• Design and implement target operating models.
• Prepare client reports, facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders.

• Leading medium-sized client engagements/ workstreams and managing day-to-day delivery
• Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating environments and developing the case for change
• Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations
• Design and implementation of a target operating model
• Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders
• Supporting ongoing go-to-market/ proposition development and business development

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms)
• Value proposition/ strategic driver analysis
• Organisational Design
• Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign
• Roadmap and business case development
• Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and operating models
