Atos Amplify is expanding its team of global consultants to help clients confidently navigate transformation journeys and embrace a digital future beyond technology. The role involves leading workstreams, assessing operating models, and delivering data-driven recommendations for change while engaging with clients on-site across the UK.

The team emphasizes AI-driven innovation and deep industry insight as part of the Atos group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms).
• Contribute to value proposition and new opportunities.
• Organisational Design.
• Service Design or Service Architecture.
• Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign.
• Roadmap and business case development.
• Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and IT operating models.

Responsibilities

• Supporting medium-sized client engagements/ leading workstreams and day-to-day client delivery
• Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating models and developing the case for change
• Using data and insights to develop robust clients recommendations
• Delivery Model Maturity Analysis, identify service improvement opportunities and implement industry standards and best practices
• Design and implementation of a target IT operating model
• Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders
