Job summary

Atos Amplify is seeking a Consulting Industry Partner (CIP) to drive business development, sales and technology solutions for our clients. You will anchor Amplify’s consulting capability across chosen sectors and be part of the leadership team, bringing industry relationships, reputation and expertise to a growing team.

The role requires senior consulting experience, a customer-first mindset and the ability to shape large, consulting-led programmes as well as smaller engagements.

• Act as a delivery assurance resource where required, including intervention on at-risk engagements.

The Role

Atos Amplify requires senior consulting professionals to anchor and grow its consulting capability across our chosen sectors. As a CIP you be part of the leadership team at Amplify and bring consolidated industry relationships, reputation and expertise to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and sales of AI driven solutions for your industry
• Be the trusted advisor to the client community on Amplify offerings and solutions
• Own commercial proposition and drive growth of the industry and Amplify

• Willingness to ‘role their sleeves up’ and directly contribute to all aspects of work required to secure and deliver business within the account.

The benchmark for this role is someone who owns the room in any customer conversation (technical, commercial, or delivery-focused) and has a well-considered, evidenced view on how to get things done.

They will have embedded themselves into the fabric of the account, earning trust by being genuinely useful, and will have the instinct and experience to convert early conversations into shaped opportunities, proposals, and billable work.
