Join Our Award-Winning Gastroenterology Team at King’s Mill Hospital

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Consultant to join our team of 12 specialists providing comprehensive Gastroenterology and Liver services. Our modern, well-equipped unit values team fit and a positive working environment. Subspecialty interests, particularly in hepatology, endoscopy training, ERCP, EUS, or GI physiology, are highly welcome.

Our services in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, bowel cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease, and nutrition are well established, and we welcome candidates with complementary skills.

Role Overview

• Provide outpatient, inpatient, and endoscopic Gastroenterology services.
• Participate in on-call gastroenterology services, including weekend ward rounds and out-of-hours GI bleed service (currently 1:9 rota).
• Engage in business planning for Gastroenterology services in collaboration with colleagues and hospital management.
