Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience within construction or building services.
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of workshop health and safety.
• Good organisational and practical maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing construction workshops, tools, equipment and materials for practical sessions.
• Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard.
• Managing stock, ordering materials and keeping accurate records.
• Completing minor repairs and general workshop maintenance.
• Ensuring workshops remain clean, organised and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Supporting students during practical activities where required.
