You will ensure high safety standards, coordinate procurement, and oversee maintenance of hand tools and machinery.

The role requires strong organisational skills and a background in construction, with First Aid certification desirable.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in construction subject.
• Background in the construction industry.
• Willingness to undertake first aid training.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate safety records.

Responsibilities

• Health, Safety, and Compliance: lead workshop safety and ensure high student conduct.
• Resource and Asset Management: manage tool sign-out, stock levels, and procurement.
• Maintenance and Technical Support: hands-on maintenance of tools and machinery; assist teaching staff.
