Job summary

West Nottinghamshire College Group is seeking a proactive administrator to support work placement engagement officers and coaches within Construction Crafts and Building Services. You will provide frontline student-facing service, handle inquiries, assist with bursary forms, and help maintain the work placement management system.

The role requires strong communication with students, employers and staff, ability to multi-task, create reports, and adapt to events such as open evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with students, employers and stakeholders.
• Experience using spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise placement stages.

Responsibilities

• Assist work placement officers and coaches in Construction Crafts and Building Services.
• Support students dropping in and book interventions in diaries.
• Support the use of the work placement management system.
• Assist with bursary forms and related paperwork.
• Produce reports for the team and Heads of Centre.
