Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Ability to plan schemes of work and assessment plans.
• Willingness to teach and support learners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and develop schemes of work, session plans, teaching and learning resources, learning and assessment plans.
• Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding to learners.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve targets and develop their skills for progression.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with learners and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
• Use and promote restorative practice approaches.
• Prepare equipment and resources and maintain working areas to a professional standard.
