Responsibilities

• Utilise structured lesson plans and resources while bringing your own ideas to improve learner engagement.
• Deliver practical, workshop-based sessions alongside classroom teaching.
• Build positive relationships with students and support them to achieve their qualifications and progress into further education or employment.
• Create an engaging learning environment that encourages students to develop their skills and confidence.
