Job summary

Lindum is seeking an organised Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in Lincoln. You will support the administration and management of our supply chain across project lifecycles, collaborating with Commercial, Health & Safety, Project Management and Accounts teams to ensure contractors meet contractual and regulatory requirements, while keeping records accurate and up to date.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organisational and administrative abilities, knowledge of supply chain

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Understanding of supply chain administration and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation, distribution and administration of supply chain documentation.
• Maintaining accurate supply chain registers, records and compliance information.
• Requesting and maintaining up-to-date documentation relating to supply chain partners, including competencies, staff qualifications and insurance levels.
• Supporting the registration of new contractors and monitoring their performance and suitability.
• Assisting with day-to-day administration of supply chain accounts.
• Processing and tracking applications for payment, payment notices and certificates.
• Monitoring payment performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Supporting procurement and appointment of subcontractors.
• Maintaining records in line with Lindum procedures and Constructionline requirements.
• Building relationships with subcontractors and handling queries.
• Coordinating information across internal teams.
• Attending meetings and preparing minutes and actions.
