Job summary

Lindum Group is seeking a full-time Finishing/Snagging Operative to support Lindum Homes projects around Lincoln. You will manage finishes, touch up decorations, mastic and sealant works, and compile snagging lists from inspections. The role is customer-facing at times and requires a proactive problem-solving approach.

Organised planning is essential to meet deadlines and prioritise workload with great attention to detail; a valid driving licence is required for site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in finishing and snagging on house builds.
• Ability to plan effectively and prioritise workload.
• Valid driving licence essential.
• Experience in joinery beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Touch up decorations and perform snagging on Lindum Homes projects.
• Attend to finishings and mastic/sealant works.
• Customer-facing duties post completion where needed.
• Liaise with inspections and client handovers.
