Job summary

Bluelink Global Holding is seeking a Construction Supervisor to bridge Site Managers and trades across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects in Manchester & North West.

You will supervise daily works against drawings and programme, carry out quality inspections, monitor health and safety, track progress and produce clear daily reports with photo evidence for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience on construction or major refurb projects.
• SSSTS or SMSTS; CSCS Supervisor card.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications accurately.
• Firm but fair approach with subcontractors.
• Organised reporting and digital photo documentation habits.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily works against drawings, specs and programme.
• Carry out quality inspections and close snag lists promptly.
• Monitor H&S compliance and stop unsafe work immediately.
• Track labour productivity and material usage.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and supply chain on site issues.
• Produce clear daily reports and photo evidence packs.
