Job summary

Caval Limited in the North West England is seeking a seasoned Working Supervisor to lead site teams across Heavy Civils, Tunnelling and Water Civils projects. This permanent, hands-on role is based in Manchester with potential coverage across Blackburn, Preston and Blackpool.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, ensure safety and quality, and motivate crews on large civils schemes. Recent tunnelling or heavy civils experience and relevant tickets are desirable; Manchester-based candidates

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Supervisor on civils projects.
• Strong background in Heavy Civils, Tunnelling or Water Civils.
• Recent experience on civils projects in North West England.
• Ability to manage and motivate site teams on site.
• Hands-on approach to on-site work and safety.
• Based in or around Manchester with North West coverage.
• Reliable and safety-conscious; tickets desirable but not essential.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Role Overview:

We're looking for experienced Working Supervisors to join a permanent team working across projects throughout the North West.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can lead from the front, manage site teams effectively and isn't afraid to get stuck in on site.

A Manchester-based candidate would be ideal, with projects potentially covering areas including Blackburn, Preston and Blackpool.

The majority of the work will focus on Heavy Civils and Tunnelling, so recent experience in these areas is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Working Supervisor
• Strong Heavy Civils, Tunnelling or Water Civils background
• Recent experience working on relevant civils projects
