Job summary

Bluelink Global Holdings LTD in Manchester & North West is seeking a Construction Supervisor to bridge Site Managers and trades, inspecting works, driving snag-free progress and protecting the programme.

Responsibilities include supervising daily works against drawings and programme, carrying out quality inspections, monitoring H&S compliance and reporting with clear daily photos. A path to Site Manager progression is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience on construction or major refurb projects.
• SSSTS or SMSTS; CSCS Supervisor card.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications accurately.
• Firm but fair approach with subcontractors.
• Organised reporting and digital photo documentation habits.
• Full UK driving licence.
