Qualifications

• Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
• At least one year’s PQE experience within a construction or housing practice.
• Strong experience in non-contentious construction work.
• Experience in commercial or housing development work would be advantageous.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating construction, development and project documentation.
• Advising on procurement and contracting strategies.
• Supporting clients on complex development and infrastructure projects.
