The Role
As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance with all regulations. You will work within a collaborative team that values high standards of client care while also allowing for flexibility in working hours.
Key Responsibilities
:Handling all legal matters related to property transactions.
:Advising clients on contracts, finances, and the conveyancing process.
:Ensuring compliance with due diligence and risk assessments.
:Maintaining case management workflows and key stages.
:Providing expert legal guidance while maintaining excellent client communication.
What Youll Need
:Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.
:Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal technology.
:A commitment to high:quality client service and a keen eye for detail.
