Our leading national client has a fantastic reputation in the Projects and Energy sectors and is seeking an ambitious Projects & Energy solicitor to join their thriving Bristol or Birmingham offices.
Your new role
You will join a highly experienced Energy & Projects team with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and energy transactions within both the public and private sectors.
You will provide legal support to clients, including project developers, project companies, local authorities, and subcontractors, on various contractual and partnership arrangements, while advising on governance issues and regulatory compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you are a Projects or Energy lawyer with experience advising public or private sector clients on transactions in this sector. Experience in construction, commercial, procurement, or energy from waste projects is advantageous.
You are an enthusiastic lawyer with strong technical skills, capable of handling complex issues, and eager to embed yourself in this growing sector. Experience in managing large projects, client relationships, and supervising juniors is desirable.
