A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Associate Construction Solicitor to join its Construction team.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse construction caseload while supporting the ongoing development of the team. The role would suit a comfortable lawyer who works autonomously and contributes to business development activities.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 7 years' PQE in construction law
  • Experience handling a range of construction matters
  • Ability to manage files with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident client-facing approach
  • Experience in business development and networking
  • Desirable: Experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction work
  • Desirable: Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
