Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for on-site construction sites across the UK. You will lead teams of subcontractors and employees on fast-paced jobs, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and quality during offloads of kitchens and appliances.

The role covers multiple sites across the Midlands and South Coast with a day-rate of £130, plus a bonus. It offers ongoing training and a clear path to management for high performers.

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Sound grounding in construction / general site working

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of subcontractors and employees on site in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct construction site and vehicle audits.
• Prepare in advance for allocated work and site visits.
• Address on-site issues and manage resources including sickness and absence.
• Liaise with customers and build relationships with site managers.
• Provide feedback and reports, including weekly grading of unloaders.
