Job summary

Equans Data Centers in High Wycombe is offering a Construction Site Supervisor Apprentice role on a Level 4 apprenticeship over 36 months. You will work with our construction, mechanical and electrical engineers on a data centre project, gaining hands-on site experience and learning on the job.

You will study risk assessment, sustainability, construction methods, project management and quality control with an approved training provider, while benefiting from a competitive salary, 20 days annual

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including Mathematics, English and a Science or equivalent or relevant experience
• Good problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Driving licence preferred due to location

Responsibilities

• Assist site supervisors with day to day site operations
• Monitor and support on-site works to maintain safety and quality
• Coordinate deliveries and subcontractor activities
• Help enforce health, safety and environmental standards on site
• Support reporting and documentation tasks related to site progress
• Engage with various stakeholders including clients, suppliers and site personnel
• Attend workshops, and participating in as many learning opportunities as possible
• Taking ownership and responsibility
• Be aware of health and safety requirements in all aspects of the role.
