Job summary

Equans Data Centers is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor Apprentice for a 36-month Level 4 apprenticeship on our High Wycombe project. You will work with Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to gain hands-on site learning and be enrolled with a training provider.

The role focuses on risk assessment, sustainability, construction methods, project management and quality control. We offer 20 days leave, CSR days, broad learning opportunities, referral rewards and access to

Qualifications

• GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including Maths, English and Science.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Driving licence preferred due to location.

Responsibilities

• Assist site supervisors with day-to-day site operations
• Monitor and support on-site works to maintain safety and quality
• Coordinate deliveries and subcontractor activities
• Help enforce health, safety and environmental standards on site
• Support reporting and documentation tasks related to site progress
• Engage with stakeholders including clients, suppliers and site personnel
• Attend workshops and learning opportunities
