Job summary

Whiteoak Associates is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead a high-spec commercial project from setup to completion. The role rewards ownership, reliability and strong organisational skills on a permanent basis.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate on‑site teams, drive safety and quality standards, and interface with stakeholders across commercial office fit-outs and light industrial facilities in the South East.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as a Site Manager
• Background in commercial offices, fit‑out or light industrial
• Strong subcontractor and site management experience
• Experience managing Health, Safety and Quality on site

£60,000- £70,000 (DoE)+ Electric Company Car / Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Private Medical

If you're an experienced Construction Site Manager who enjoys being trusted to run a project rather than simply "manage the site", this could be worth a conversation.

We're working with an established Principal Contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, delivering high-specification commercial projects across the South East.

Projects are predominantly across Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Greater London.

• 4+ years' experience as a Site Manager / Construction Site Manager
• A background in commercial offices, fit‑out or light industrial
• Strong subcontractor and site management experience
• Experience of managing Health, Safety and Quality on site

Most importantly, they're looking for someone reliable, organised and capable of taking ownership of a project from site set‑up through to completion.

The package

Up to £70,000 basic salary – DOE

10% annual company bonus
