Job summary

Whiteoak Associates is seeking a reliable Construction Site Manager with at least 5 years of site experience to lead high-specification commercial/office projects. You will oversee interior fit-out, structural works and minor civils across Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Greater London.

The role is permanent, based on site, and requires UK experience. A competitive package includes a basic salary up to £65,000 (DOE), company car/allowance, pension, 25 days holiday and private

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years site-based construction experience.
• Experience as Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• UK construction sector experience mandatory.
• Experience delivering commercial office or light industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for high-specification commercial/office builds.
• Coordinate interior fit-out and general construction packages, structural works and minor civils.
• Ensure project delivery on time, to budget and to quality standards.
• Lead health & safety on site and manage subcontractors and supply chain.

Job description

This Principal Contractors is looking for a reliable & experienced Construction Site Manager who has at least 5 years site experience managing High Specification Commercial Office Construction Projects. This is a permanent job.

The projects are a range of interior fit out & construction projects.

The scope of works includes general construction packages, structural works and minor Civils. Project values range from 1 million up to 20 million . They are typically located in Surrey, Berks, Bucks, Hampshire & Greater London.

The successful candidate will have site-based Construction Management experience having worked as a Site Manager or Construction Manager. It is essential that the candidate has delivered Construction Projects in the Commercial Office or Light Industrial sectors. UK Experience is also a must.

The package on offer is up to 65000 Basic ( DOE) , Electric Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, 25 Days Holiday, Private Medical, 10% Annual Company Bonus. The company also offers their staff training and development, and the opportunity to progress over time.
