Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd seeks an experienced Construction Manager for a retail roofing project in Manchester. Start on 12.10.26 for 8 weeks, with site hours 07:30–17:00. You may travel to the client’s head office the week prior for onboarding (paid). This contract role involves overseeing a roofing refurbishment at an existing store.

Day rate is 300 M-F. On-site work, with SMSTS and Emergency First Aid required to support safety and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction on retail projects.
• SMSTS and Emergency First Aid qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the roofing works on an existing retail store.
• Coordinate site activities, health and safety, and progress with the client and subcontractors.

Job description

BMSL require an experienced Construction Manager with experience working on retail projects.

Need to be willing to travel to our clients head office address the week prior for 1 day to do their onboarding / induction which will be paid.

Working a 07.30am to 5pm day

Job spec is overseeing a re roofing of an existing retail store.

Day rate of 300 M-F
