Job summary

Whiteoak Associates is seeking a reliable Construction Site Manager in the United Kingdom to lead high specification commercial office construction and interior fit-out projects. You should have 4+ years of on-site experience, with a track record delivering commercial office or light industrial schemes.

Projects range from £1m to £20m, mainly in Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Greater London.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of on-site management experience in Commercial Office or Light Industrial sectors.
• Experience delivering high-spec commercial office projects and interior fit-outs.
• Proven ability to lead site teams, subcontractors and safety compliance.
• Willingness to work on projects across the South/East England region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities from site setup to handover.
• Coordinate general construction, structural works and interior fit-out packages.
• Manage subcontractor performance, schedule, quality and budgets.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance on all sites.

Job description

This Principal Contractors is looking for a reliable & experienced Construction Site Manager who has 4+ years site experience managing High Specification Commercial Office Construction Projects.

This is a permanent job.

The projects are predominately the Construction & Interior Fit Out of Commercial Offices.

The scope of works includes general construction packages, structural works and minor Civils.

Project values range from £1 million up to £20 million .

They are typically located in Surrey, Berks, Bucks, Oxfordshire, Hampshire & Greater London.

The successful candidate will have site-based Construction Management experience having worked as a Site Manager or Construction Site Manager.

It is essential that the candidate has delivered Construction Projects in the Commercial Office or Light Industrial sectors. UK Experience is also a must.

The package on offer is up to £65000 Basic ( DOE) , Electric Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, 25 Days Holiday, Private Medical, 10% Annual Company Bonus. The company also offers their staff training and development, and the opportunity to progress over time.
