Qualifications

• 4+ years of site experience managing high-spec commercial office construction projects.
• Must have delivered projects in commercial office or light industrial sectors in the UK.
• Experience with interior fit-out projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general construction packages, structural works and minor civils on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics to meet schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
