SRISAAN TECH96 ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily construction activities on site, ensuring progress aligns with plans and specifications. You will coordinate engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to drive efficient operations.

The role requires 5+ years of site management experience, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of reading drawings, contracts and safety regulations, with a focus on timely delivery and quality workmanship.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a team environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Familiar with health and safety regulations and ensuring on-site compliance.

Responsabilidades

• 6. Material and Equipment Management: Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• 7. Coordination: Liaise with the client, consultants, engineers, and relevant authorities regarding site matters.
• 8. Inspection and Reporting: Attend site inspections, resolve site issues, and prepare daily progress reports.
• 9. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve site difficulties, delays, and technical issues.
• 10. Housekeeping: Maintain good site cleanliness, proper storage, and an orderly working environment.
