You will lead day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects in healthcare, education and commercial sectors are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, SMSTS/CSCS, First Aid, and proven experience managing diverse teams on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, First Aid, Black CSCS certification.
• Proven management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Supervise site personnel, providing clear direction and support to ensure productivity and safety compliance.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards are maintained and safety regulations are strictly followed.
