Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a range of London-based projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and to high quality standards.

You will lead diverse teams, manage H&S documentation and coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors across multiple milestones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction project delivery, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of CDM

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing a wide scope of construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDM and best practices.
• Proficiency in using recognised project management software.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen required.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
