Job summary

LanceSoft UK is seeking a Project Site Coordinator for a 1+ year contract in the UK. The role focuses on administrative site support and coordinating daily construction activities to align with the project plan.

The ideal candidate will have very good English, local area knowledge, and ideally experience in construction. The position involves coordinating with the Site Manager and Head of C&C Site Support to ensure smooth operations on site.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: own a vehicle, excellent English, and knowledge of the local area.
• Good to have: experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities at the project site to meet the program and quality plan.
• Review drawings, monitor materials, equipment and manpower on site to ensure timely execution.
• Assist Site Manager with administrative tasks and reporting on site.
• Attend meetings, take and distribute minutes, and track action items.
• Onboard new employees and manage site timesheets and attendance.
• Maintain records of personnel on site and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Support translation of documents and improvements to site processes.
