Job summary

Infocus Resources is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to lead and mentor a delivery team on construction and logistics projects in the UK. You will monitor progress against programmes, manage subcontractors, and ensure clear, accurate site records.

The role requires a degree in Construction/Engineering/Logistics or related, CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS, and strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness. You will work with client representatives to deliver objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in construction/engineering/logistics.
• CSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager.
• SMSTS/ SSSTS.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supervising and mentoring your reportees and other team members.
• Monitoring and recording delivery against the programme and construction methods.
• Managing the engineering team and subcontractors to ensure works are clearly set out.
• Reviewing diary records to ensure high standard of record keeping.
• Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including client representatives.
• Maintaining good working relations with client, delivery teams and supply chain.
• Assisting with commercial forecasts and resource planning.
• Adopting BIM to meet BEP requirements and ensure proper documentation.
