Job summary

Errington Legal is seeking a Senior Associate – Construction (non-contentious) to join our London team with a hybrid working model. You will work on high-value UK projects and international matters, drafting and negotiating project documents and contracts, including standard and bespoke arrangements.

The role requires 6+ years PQE in non-contentious construction, with experience across development, investors, or housing being an advantage.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Post-Qualification Experience in non-contentious construction.
• Experience with standard form contracts is essential.
• Experience with development, investors or housing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-value construction projects, primarily in the UK with some international work; negotiate and draft project documentation and contracts including standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.
