A leading London law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team.

This is a standout opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor with strong private practice experience to focus exclusively on non-contentious construction work, acting primarily on real estate-led matters(rather than projects or energy).

The Role

• Advising on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters
• Supporting complex, high-value real estate transactions
• Working closely with recognised leaders in the field
• Collaborating with a well-established and high-performing construction team
• Exposure to premium clients and sophisticated instructions

Candidate Profile

• 2-6 PQE UK-qualified solicitor
• Strong background in non-contentious construction from a recognised London or UK real estate/ construction law firm
• Experience aligned to real estate construction work rather than projects or infrastructure
• Commercially minded with strong technical drafting ability
• Full UK working rights required

Remuneration and Benefits
