Permanent People in Nottingham is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their established construction division. You will take ownership of a warm desk, build relationships with clients and candidates, and manage the full 360 recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Around 1–2 years’ experience in a full 360 recruitment role.
• Recruitment experience from any sector considered; construction/industrial backgrounds desirable.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Driven, ambitious and commercially minded.
• Comfortable with business development and client-facing activity.
• Motivation for progression and earning potential.
