Its Building People in Southampton is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Construction Professionals division. You will source, interview, and place candidates in permanent white-collar roles and manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to placement.

We offer a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, strong progression routes, regular bonuses, and ongoing REC training.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in construction or related sector preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a bonus, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leading construction companies across the South.
• Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates in permanent white-collar roles (Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Design Managers, etc.).
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle - from business development to candidate placement.
• Work towards clear targets with excellent earning potential.
